Legal Question in Family Law in India
Dear Sir /Madam,
Iam 26yrs old woman. I have 1 and half years old boy baby and now I'm 4months pregnant. My education is B. A.English, B.ED, M. A.English.. My father also educated with M. SC. Maths and retired Central Government Officer and earning about Rs. 20,000/- & above. My husband qualification is only Diploma and doing own business which is in his father's name and he have own house which is in mothers name,and he have so many loan debts.. We are separated for just 1 week. My doubt is whether they ll take custody of my one and half years old baby by saying that as i was pregnant with another child.?? Please anyone clear my doubt i was confused and worried lot

mere being preganant does not entilte the husband to custody of the child. custody would remain with you unless he makes out a real strong case in his favor.
