Legal Question in Family Law in India

My Friend from Mumbai has two childrens, 6 year old son and 1 year old daughter.

Some argument happened between husband and wife and his wife went to father's place(in Gujrat) when she was pregnat at the time of daughter.

After delivery due to ignorance his wife got some disease and she couldnt talk.

whenever he tried to meet his wife and children, his in-laws didn't allow him and threatened him tried to beat him.

Now she is in hospital and in critical condition.

He wants to give good tratment but his in laws won't allow him and tries to beat him.

What can he do?

Please suggest.

1) File FIR against ur in-laws for preventing the husband to meet her.

2) Also bring injunction order against ur in-laws in view of her critical health.
