Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am Hindu girl and i married a Hindu NRI man in India as per Tamil tradition in a temple.

We have pictures and videos of the marriage and also temple certificate. But being a south Indian marriage we only had mangalsutra tying and 3 rounds around the fire which is not 7 and not Saptpadi.

We are married for last 1 years 5 months and the marriage is not registered and also not consummated and we also not living together. We only lived together in total 10 days.

Please let me know if its a legal marriage if there is only 3 Pheras instead of 7 .

you may go for a declaration in a civil court that the marriage is null and void as the basic requirement of seven steps is not complete and it is not consummated.
