Legal Question in Family Law in India

I want to know if an Indian girl is married to Malaysian citizen and marriage was solomised in India in that case which law (Indian Hindu Marriage Act or MalaysianLaw) will be followed for child custody and divorce

Since the marriage has been solemnized in India, Indian court shall have jurisdiction. But if both of you have resided together in Malaysia, then Malaysian court shall also have jurisdiction.
