hello sir, i don't have married certificate but i had W/o is mention in my driving license and bank passbook. so could u please tell me how will i sue to my husband. As i had insist him a lot to give me a stamp paper mention of our separation. but he could not. now matter has worsen up as he had married with other girl. pls tell me driving license and bank passbook is of W/O is valid for proofing of marriage.

Dear client for asking divorce registration of marriage is not necessary. Yr marriage photos and marriage card will establish yr marriage in the court. U can ask divorce on the ground of desertion. If u have proofs of his second marriage then u can file case of bigamy against him and he will get punishment up to five years jail. For any legal help call me on 9422611385
