Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

i have been married a USA green card holder since Jan 2015. He filed for my immigration visa after that. My marriage held on my home country and he came to pakistan for marriage and lived with me 20 days then he ho back to USA. He sent me my expense only once and since He is not sending me any expense. Can I sue my husband for not give me money?

You have the right to claim maintenance from your husband as he is duty bound to maintain you. Yes you can sue your husband for the monthly payment maintenance.
