Legal Question in Family Law in India

for a mutual divorce i understand that proof of address is required for both parties. If we reside abroad, how does the court cross check the address submitted?

Also if I live with a friend since I can't afford to rent alone right now what proof of address should I submit? And will my friend be involved in the proceedings because I don't want them dragged into this.

1) Both of u must be present in the court on first motion.

2) Address proof of ur friend may be submitted. But he is not involved in proceedings except that he gave u on rent to stay by way of rent agreement.
