Legal Question in Family Law in India
Sir I am from Kutch Gujarat.
My house property is in the name of my mother and me.
My father is having 3 sisters but now he is no more(Dead).
Now my paternal aunties are asking for claim in my property.
My father did not make any agreement or Will in their names.
So I want your legal advise on claim in this matter.
Plz consider it as urgent and important

Under the Prohibition of Benami Transaction Act, it is the recorded owner (you and your mother in this case) are the owners for all purposes. So, in your case, the property did not belong to your father, as per above provision of law. therefore, your aunties will have no claim in the property and will never succeed.
Your aunties can claim in ancestral property but had no claim in your father's property ...you and your mother are recorded owners and your aunties have no right to claim .
