Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Dear Sir
I have joined a limited manufacturing company as a Sr. executive marketing in 2014. Now the situation is the company is not paying our salary on time since last 5 months, it means we have not received salary for the month April 2016 onward. So you are requested to please suggest me to get salary. currently i am working in same company.

1) Represent to the Company MD for payment of salary pending from April 2016.

2) If no response, u have to find out whether u r a workman to file before ALC or

WP in High Court with full facts.

3) Consult a local experienced Labor law expert, an able Advocate

of repute with full facts.

Dear Dependra,

You should immediately apply and fetch another job. If the Company fails to pay your dues a local Police complaint is advisable and recommended.
