I came to know that filing law suite on us consulate is not possible.If not i want to law suite on my previopus employer who given me fake client letter and aslo he charged me 6000$ for visa fee.Can you pl help me on this filing lawsuite aganist employer.What will be your fee for this And also i have all evidence in emails for getting client letter and also fee charging 6000$

Dear Vamsi,

Your lawsuit is filed on your previous employer who gave you the fake client certificate and has charged you US $ 6000 for visa fees. You should submit a copy of that lawsuit to the US Consulate General in Hyderabad. You should contact an attorney in your vicinity to complete the process and establish your claim.
