Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hi,
I was working with a company who processed my H1B Visa , but after in USA i have changed to another company, Now that previous company send a letter saying that they will legal action as i signed on bond for H1B visa processing fees.
Please help me will this bong is legal in India , is there any way i can escape from this legal action.
