That company started Travel Agency and chairman of that company told me to work as a Partner(50% for tour and travels), the terms and conditions are not written ie we have not signed any bond paper. After three months he has intentionally created certain issues and I have left that office. But during these three months I have developed three sites by my own. When I asked to the chairman he refuses to give my any money for three months although I have done good and developed three websites. I gets very disappointed, Please help me.

Dear Nirbhay,

If you are engaged by the Company as a Partner on salary and commission based on the business generated in the Company, the Company is legally bound to pay you the agreed commission for the business generated for them. Since you have developed three good sites, I recommend you should rework your entitlements and discuss how you are going to go about generating income for the tour and travel segment of the Company. I suggest you should negotiate a fee based on the number of hits on each of your website.

Regards,
