My service rules does not allow me to do business

Dear Sir / Madam,

Yes, it implies you are doing business simultaneously which grossly violate the terms and conditions of your Government employment and hence is not advisable and not recommended to be done in your name, or a family member's name could be done in your wife's name instead.
