Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Sir, a pharma company has asked an employee to resign suddently with no notice period. He is a National Sales Manager & handling all india sales. He is working from last 8 months in that company.

Company is removing all people at the end of the month when all our sales closing is over & then they are not releasing their salaries & expenses. so many sales people are the victims of this approach.

His Salary of July worth of Rs 1.08 lacs & expense of july worth Rs 0.70 lac is pending to be released by the company. They are not responding now.

How do we proceed in a legal way & can you please guide me in this regard.

Dear Sir / Madam,

The Company remains liable to immediately pay off and settle dues of all employees who have been terminated. If the Company fails to comply with these commitments, you can lodge a complaint against the Company with the local Labour Commissioner and the Registrar of Companies requesting them to intervene and redress your grievances.
