Sir.in the year 1958 my dad got 1 acrs of land @ the time his age was 6 years. Last 50 years we are enjoying the land. Now my dad was no more as will my dad younger brother also passed away. Now my uncle (my father's younger brother) sons demanding that want share on 1 acrs land .in that pahani directly transfer to my dad name in the year 1958 .that are teĺing they will to court. Are they have rights to ask the land..in the pahani mentioned my father's name not mentioned how it transfered .and people telling in the 1958 it was given to my father as dhaana (inam / enam) we are searching there is no sale deed as well gift deed. In the pahani not mentioned my grand father name and my uncle name.
