Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

1.After the death of the Testator whether the Beneficiaries in the Will can settle the matter amicably among themselves and distribute the property in Mumbai as per the Will without obtaining Probate thereby saving huge amount of Court fees,Advocate fees etc.?.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Since the testator of the Will is already deceased, the property can only be transferred to the beneficiary named in the Will through a Probate from the Court.
