Pay discrimination
I am female that is paid less than a male that I supervise. Is there any action that I can take against my employer?

This could be a potentially very serious legal violation. It is very much against the law to pay a woman differently from a man. It is quite possible that you have a very good case, but I would need to talk to you personally to get more details as there are many strange nuances to the law on this issue.
