Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Arizona

Dental malpractice

I had an abscesed tooth which after it was pulled went to my

brain and ended up with brain surgery it has been almost two

years and the attorney who was handing now tells me he can't

find a Dentist that can say the dentist acted negligently

and his negligence resulted in the infection spreading.

even tho the doctors confirmed that the infectious process

from the abscessed tooth ultimately spread to my brain and

caused the problem. Based on the special medicine doctor

they confirmed it was from my mouth. Since i can't go into

all the problems it left me with and he(attorney) now states he can not continue What are my options since time is running out?

Since I almost died and was paralyzed after the operation

when the first hospital i went to did not know what was

wrong and i had to be taken to another. I find it hard to

believe that this dentist should still be in practice.

thank you

Re: Dental malpractice

Sir,

I can understand your problem. I need to know if you have mercury amalgam fillings. Will explain further. I have a good friend in Seattle who was a DDS. and is now an attorney and I would like to have him examine your files. You can file a Complaint yourself to preserve any statute of limitations.
