Legal Question in Personal Injury in Arizona

Atty to file claim vs. city for inadequate sign Goodyear. Serious accident.

I posted a question here before re: an accident my husband had 3/6. It's been a month and I know I only have 6 months in which to file a claim. I'm having a hard time finding an atty who will take the case concerned that the time constraints will not be met. Others cite the contingency issues if they're smaller firms. I've tried some of the more esteemed attys. on Martindale we site and I need to get this case initiated. What do I do in this case?

I am not sure how to answer your question since you state nothing about the facts of the case.

Ask your doctor, friends, business contacts for a referral to a good attorney. Go to the yellow pages or the internet. Keep interviewing until you find an attorney. Not all attorneys will take all cases. Some cases have challenging features that make them difficult to win. Injury cases are uncertain in their outcome.
