Child injured at school in a fight.

My child was at school in a fight and a girl dislocated her shoulder-she was rushed to the emergency room. What are my rights?

Too few facts are revealed here to give any comment. How did the fight come about? Who started it? Who was the aggressor? How long did it last? Did school employees witness the fight? Was it interrupted immediately?
