Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona

I would like to name 3 trustees in my will, all daughters and very close. Can you see any problem with this?

Your question is confusing since there are no trustees in a will, trustees are the persons who operate and control a trust. If you are naming your daughters to serve as your Executor (now called a Personal Representative) of your estate, to carry out your wishes stated in your Will, then my recommendation is that you name them to serve in serial, not as 3 co-personal representatives who would have to agree on everything and sign on everything. It sounds like any one of them could carry out your wishes. A will is not as simple as some would lead you to believe. I recommend that you get experienced legal counsel to help you protect yourself and achieve your goals with your Will.
