Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona

Is it wise to opt for a Trust Protector clause when finalizing a trust or will? I understand that it is not required in Arizona.

Your question cannot be answered without knowing more facts about your concerns and your goals in estate planning, and most important, who you would appoint to serve as trust protector. It is not a requirement in AZ, however, appointing a trust protector can be a wise thing to do under the right circumstances. You must also consider who you have to serve as your successor trustee, and what would the trust protector be called upon to do.
