Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona

My dad passed 3 weeks ago in AZ. My mother says she is the only surviving heir & she gets everything my dad had. Only one of my sibelings was put on the trust with my mother. Dad told me before he passed that I would be pleasantly surprised of what was willed to me. Mom says I have nothing coming & she wont give me a copy of the will or to even have the will read. What can I do?

You must get the "real" facts and sort them out with legal counsel, in order to determine what action you can take. You did not say anything about a Will, but you did mention a trust. It is possible that your father left everything to your mother, but more facts are needed to know what the legal result should be and what rights you may have. You should hire an attorney, at once.
