My sister is trustee of my mothers eatate.She died on 4-23-2010.I have recieved nothing about anything.ai did recieve the trust but nothing else.I have asked her but get nothing.I am a bebeficiary but i dont know what she is doing with the things my mother had.Where is the $.I dont know what to do.

Without seeing the trust agreement, I have now way of knowing what you are entitled to receive or what the duties and obligations of the trustee may be. With an attorney, your requests will get more respect and attention, and, if the trustee is not acting properly, you can bring court action to get action or to remove the trustee and appoint someone else.
