how to state eliminating daughter-in-law and grandchildren from our will.

You would state that you do not intend to provide for anyone not specifically mentioned and provided for in this Will or you can state that you have intentionally omitted the daughter-in-law and grandchildren from the Will and do not wish to provide or give them anything. The practice of leaving a dollar to those to be disinherited, is not longer in vogue.
