Legal Question in Disability Law in California

I Am 62 years old. We don't have any handicap spaces we have approx.300 units. the old manager hat given me a space near my apartment.I hat this space for over one year.Yesterday I hat WARNING NO PARKING on my car from the new management.The complex across from us has all the front parking. I have to walk around the building to get to my space now. Yesterday when I got home it was so hot and I can't walk. I passed out on my sofa and I was vomiting most of the night.

I will have more back surgery in July. I am in Fresno Ca.

You can contact the local city or county Building Dept and request them to come inspect where and whether handicap spaces are required there. Whatever the complex's plans, permits and the law requires can be enforced. If the complex is not in compliance with the law, he can cite them and force remedy, and you could hire an attorney to bring a legal claim for your situation.
