Legal Question in Disability Law in California

reasonable accommodation

I have a 6 month old reasonable accommodation request - letter perfect/physician substantiated - being ignored by my employer. Is there a legal specialty that handles ADA/age discrimination/reasonable accommodation cases? If so, is there one in California that

is a combination of a pitbull and Satan? This case is picture perfect on my end and comes with a distinguished work history!!!! The Union is not responding to me in a reasonable amount of time. I want to approach the DOJ mediation process or just go to court.

Re: reasonable accommodation

Picture perfect? No such thing. IF you have reasonable supporting evidence as indicated, and the employer is really ignoring a proper request that CAN be accommodated, then you need to hire counsel and file your DFEH/EEOC Claim, followed up with suit after you get your Right to Sue letter. If you want this done right, feel free to contact me to discuss your facts and remedies.
