Re: Medical doctor's question

this is not a legal question. It also also unintelligible since it does not tell us any background is to what the medical examination involves, what your problem is and cool as well as why once this examination. Wait too many questions without any answers. It is that important in your life get yourself an attorney immediately send you can protect all of your legal rights. I do not know whether this might involve a criminal and/or civil situation and if it is so important get yourself an attorney immediately. One last piece of advice, get yourself an attorney, immediately.

If they initiate any disciplinary proceeding...you would have an administrative hearing...you will need legal representation. Please look at my website at www.lawyers.com/amyghosh

Re: Medical doctor's question

They must be responding to a complaint. You must talk to them but you should not consider doing so without out good, competent legal representation. If you want referrals to good attorneys, I can provide these to you.

Re: Medical doctor's question

Have they furnished you with more information than simply that they want to come and talk to you? Contact them, if they have not, and ask what it is they want to talk about. You want to be prepared to meet with them. If you have some suspicion, you should disclose that in your question. It may be that you need to be represented by counsel, and maybe not. Are you permitted to be represented by counsel in such circumstances?
