Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

Email harassment

Mty ex wife and her new husband have been continually sending me emails where they make accusations about my private life, my sexual orientation, They have sent emails to my work email address and have been told by the Risk Manager to cease. They have continued.

The new husband works for a major government contractor as a vice president and I have mailed the emails to the legal dept. They answered stating they have policies that will address the issue, Although the email from work have stopped , he states that he will use his personal email address to continue to bother me. He has signed an ethincs policy at work it talks about his personal conduct as well as his public. They are sending my email out to websites also. How can I get them to stop? Can I sue his employer because of harassment?

Re: Email harassment

Sounds like a good defamation and /or intentional infliction of emotional distress lawsuit. Watch out for legal time limits.
