Am I required to provide my customer with an unconditional waiver and release form from my suppliers in addition to the one I sign, or is my waiver good enough and will my customer be protected from my suppliers

Your question does not contain enough facts to allow for a full answer.

If you are a building contractor, and you are supplying a material lien release to your customers - then you really should provide a copy of the unconditional waiver and release to the customer. If you are in a different line of work, you should have an attorney review the release that you are proposing to determine if it covers your customer.

Good luck.
