How do I sue a corporation that is out of state?

This corporation is located in Califorina,and took money out of my checking account. Now I live in Michigan. So how do I sue them out-of-state for fraud. Nothing in there contract ok'ed this.

If your bank account was in Michigan, you can probably sue there. There are other ways you can sue in Michigan, too. It's hard to say without knowing all the facts.

If at the time, you lived in CA., then you have to sue here. If you lived in MI at the time, you may be able to sue in MI.
