Unauthorized Credit Card Charge

What recourse do I have against a merchant who continues to charge my credit card after I revoked my authorization and what statute applies?

You have many options.

You can dispute the charge with your CC company.

You can report the card lost/stolen, get a new one, and the merchant will no longer be able to charge it.

You can sue the merchant.

There are other options as well. You'd have to consult with an attorney regarding the specific facts of your situation to determine what remedies are appropriate. You may be looking at fraud, conversion, breach of contract and/or a host of other things.
