Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

I was in a car accident. I was hit.

I hired a personal injury attorney for help.

My wife is concerned that if I don't get a settlement, then the doctors and maybe my attorney will want money from me.

Will my wife be liable for money if this happens?

I want to put her mind at ease.
