Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Help!!!

I have a loan on my credit report that I didn't authorize or signed for.

Tried disputing on my own but was denied instantly.

Hired a credit consultant but after three disputes he wasn't able to remove it from credit report and finally he recommend I file a police on the loan company.
