You have only 30 days to file a response to the summons. Don't blow it. Credit card companies are hoping you default. You should see an attorney ASAP to prepare a response to the complaint within 30 days.

If you don't file and serve an answer within 30 days of service, the plaintiff will take your default and get a default judgment against you. Then it could execute against your wages and/or your bank accounts. Ignore the summons and complaint at your own risk.
