Your biggest concern is the two counts of child endangerment. Penal Code section 273a(a) can be charged as either a felony or a misdemeanor. As a misdemeanor, it carries up to a year in county jail per count. As a felony, it's up to 6 years in state prison. If the judge grants probation, it can be for 4 years with many, many consequences and conditions of probation.

You need to get an attorney.

I agree with Mr. Dane. Additionally, 496(a) is receiving stolen property. It can be either a misdemeanor or a felony. HS 11364 is possession of narcotics. The sentence will depend on if it's your first offense or not. The 273 is potentially the most serious though.

Your options at this point are to try to get the court to appoint a public defender (the judge will look at your ability to pay for a private attorney and won't appoint a public defender unless you make very little money) or hire a private attorney.

Feel free to contact me directly to discuss your case in more detail.

You're facing ,ore than 10 years in prison, plus enhancements for priors, if convicted of all those as felonies. Not a risk to take lightly. Your attorney will use whatever facts, evidence, arguments available to try to negotiate an acceptable plea bargain, or at trial if necessary. If serious about doing so, feel free to contact me.
