Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Can you fly "safely" from California to Oregon if you have a felony bench warrant for your arrest for a failure to appear/failure to report? Will the police be there to arrest me on either side at the airport?? I know they have the whole no fly list, but do they run everyone through systems for warrant checks too? What are the chances of getting picked up by TSA or the airport police??

Since 9/11, airport security has been tightened in almost every way. Sharing information between law enforcement and intelligence agencies was one of the main reasons the Department of Homeland Security was created.
There's a substantial chance you'll be arrested. I would encourage you to clear up this matter, anyway. Judges are far more likely to give you a break if you walk into court on your own instead of waiting for the cops to find you and drag you into court in handcuffs.
Lots of people have warrants. Maybe you will be too small of a fish. Maybe not. That's the trouble with being a fugitive, you never know for sure.
Safely? Of course not. You face arrest on the warrant and transport to the court, any time you come in contact with law enforcement, including ICE at airports and borders, or traffic stops. That's the whole purpose of a warrant. You are in the DOJ database as a fugitive, having nothing to do with 'no fly' rules.
