Registered Trauma Scene Management Practitioners

Are they allowed to sell weapons, ammunition and opther items they secure from their jobs and sell out of their home in garage sales with no verification as to item or who it is being sold to?

If by "weapons" you mean firearms, it's illegal to sell firearms at a garage sale unless one is a licensed firearms dealer complying with all applicable laws: if you know of someone violating these laws, call the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms and I am sure they'll be very interested. The individual(s)' employers may be very interested in the facts as well.

Duh. As to guns, hell no. Federal and state law heavily regulates gun sales.
