I got a wet reckless in CALI last year and I was laid off in may from a banking position. I currently am in a background check for a new bank in CALI would this affect my chances. what they mainly look for is Felonies which I do not have and crimes of mistrust or theft. Does the Traffic misdemeanor effect me in any way ? I am also a type 1 diabetic so alcohol amplified my drinks I was a .07 BAC

Your prospective employer will learn of your conviction when it does a background check, but whether it will reject you on that basis is up to the company. The law neither forbids nor requires it to rule you out because of this conviction. The question is thus one of company policy, not one of law.
