Legal Question in Education Law in California

I am a poker coach in California. Can i teach a 15 year old to play poker?? I know he can't play for cash or play online but i wanted to know what i need to do so it's all legal. I am just not sure??

You could theoretically be charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor, but I doubt you would be prosecuted or that anyone would care (assuming the kid's parents are okay with it). There is plenty of evidence, several court rulings, and numerous expert witnesses who would testify, that poker is predominantly a game of skill.
