Legal Question in Family Law in California

My 23 year old son lives at home and he brought his girlfriend to live there neither of them pay rent nor any bills not do they help in any way . I don't want her there anymore she is rude and disrespectful and I have 2 younger kids that don't need to hear that. I asked her to leave but she refuses. What can I do?

You need to get a restraining order through the courts asking for him and his girlfriend to be removed from the property.
