Bought me out of my house in divorce

An agreement was made and contract drawn up stating that when my stepson turns 18 my ex wife was to pay me out $10K for the house we had. If not paid by his 18th birthday a 10% per month would be added to the total due. He has now turned 18 and when I question her if she would be sending me a check she stated to call her lawyer she does not need to pay me. Our contract was signed and agreed IN COURT for not selling the house. I can place a lien in the house but she wont refi or sell the house anytime soon. Can she refuse to pay me what is due?

The only way you can get a response to your question is to take the court order to an attorney for a review.
