Legal Question in Family Law in California

I want to know what my chances are to get full legal cudosty with no visitations for my husband who is verbally abusive and 51/51. I trying to divorce him. And I have no help.

Any situation that would prohibit visitation would have to be extreme. The court has an overpowering responsibility under the law to make sure that the children have frequent on going and significant contact with both parents.
