Child support

I have my daughter 36% of the time and I am getting unemployment of 976 /month in a few weeks that is going to run out so I am going to school. how do i know what child support I pay my ex works 16hrs/wk @9.50/hr

I need to know what the support will be so we can write up an agreement and go in front of the judge. we live in california thank you.

Re: Child support

Child support will continue at the amount set by court order. The fact that you are unemployed or that your unemployment benefits run out will not be reduced without a court order changing it. You should file a motion to reduce child support as soon as possible. Once the child support becomes due the court cannot change the amount due.
