Legal Question in Family Law in California

Family law. I am going back to court to modify custody and support. My ex wife has a doctor note that says she cant work for the last couple of years. She has collected disability and increased child support due to having no income, I ve recently discovered she has been working under the table running a juice delivery business. I have screen shots of the business name on social media with my daughter. Also there are phone numbers to call that she has for scheduling juice delivery. Im not sure if I need to disclose any of this info in my statements of facts or if I can hold onto this info and bring it up to court possibly giving copies of info to her lawyer and clerk to enter in as evidence. She is in violation of health codes and wrongfully claiming disability while still working. Not sure how best to address this issue.

The disability income as well as the additional under the table income are justified amounts to pursue for the establishment of support. You really need the assistance of an experienced family law attorney to properly figure out how to address the issue if your ex working while she is on disability.
