Legal Question in Family Law in California

My father is the trustee of my brother and my inheritance. We get peanuts compared to how he lives and recently he sold the company my grandfather started (multi-million dollar company) and has kept us in the dark. I am 44 and was just given access to the will!! It states that at the age of 40 my dad can choose to give us all or a portion if we are mature enough to have the $. He does not and has us living in poverty while he lives in a 4 million $ house, drives a Lexus etc. I would like a lawyer to help us sue him for our $. As I said we are broke now but willing to pay when we receive the $ from the will. Please help us.
