Legal Question in Family Law in California

Hi, I m thinking to get divorced. I have green card since November 2011 and never worked in USA. I have two kids, 20 months old and 1 month old breastfed baby. I have no income or any assets with me. Can you please let me know what financial support I can get from my husband or government after getting divorce. Before marriage I signed premarital agreement. tnx for your help!

What your rights are incident to a divorce would depend on the premarital agreement. If the premarital agreement is valid and legal then your rights may be severely limited. With that being said, you should definitely speak with a lawyer in your area to receive a consultation for what legal rights you may have if you were to file for a divorce.
