Legal Question in Family Law in California

I am a non custodial mother living in California. My ex husband, the custodial parent, lives in Peru with our two boys. He supervises the visits, but makes me feel uncomfortable and awkward and I can't enjoy my time with my youngest son (I have visitation with only the youngest). I feel like I'm walking on eggshells the whole time. He's supposed to bring our youngest twice a year, but he only brings him once a year. Can I modify the visitation order and get my oldest son included? If so, how?

Your question suggests that Peru would be the proper jurisdiction to pursue any change in the parenting plan. Please contact an experienced family law attorney in that jurisdiction.
