Re: obtaining guardianship

If the children are residents of Oregon, file for guardianship there with the help of Oregon Counsel.

If the children become residents of California, file in California and seek financial assistance. If you need further assistance, seek local counsel in California.

If you are unable to find local counsel, call the office for further assistance.
