Loan

I took loan under my name to buy a car for a friend. this fried made a total of 41 late payments on this loan. I went to his house with the authorities to reposes the car. Now is threatening to sue me for the payments that he made on the car. does this person have a case against me?

Anybody can sue anybody for anything. Now that your credit has been ruined, you've got the classic problem of 'he said, I said' as to what the 'deal' was, and what the rights of the parties are.
